Please click the insurance plans button to see if your insurance is accepted. We will see anyone who comes to the office and we will file claims, but responsibility of payment for service ultimately remains with the patient. Please read our policy about accepting health insurance.

This is the charge that your insurer requires you to pay a doctor's office at the time service is rendered. The amount will vary from one policy to the next.

This is the amount that the patient has to pay before the insurer will begin benefits. For example, if medical services costs $200 and the deductible is $150, then the patient pays the first $150 while the insurer pays the remaining $50. This amount is reset annually.
