Appointment Questions

How soon can I get an appointment?

Urgent problems can be seen the same day. Non-urgent problems can be seen within a few days. Physical exams are usually available within 60 days. Please see our Appointments section for more specific information.

How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made in our office, by telephone at 770-979-8022 or online. To make an appointment online, please go to our Appointment section by clicking here. Step-by-step instructions are provided.

Will you remind me about an appointment that I have made?

Yes. Our business support team will call you ahead of time to remind you of your appointment. You can call us back or leave a message on our voicemail (after-hours) to confirm that you are keeping the appointment.

What if I have to cancel an appointment?

We require that you call us at least 24 hours in advance so that we may use that appointment time for another patient. We can then reschedule your appointment if necessary.

What if I don't call 24 hours in advance or I don't show up for my appointment?

You will be required to pay a $50 no-show fee. If you have made the appointment within the last 24 hours, as is the case for a same-day appointment, you will not be charged the no-show fee.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Your insurance card, your driver's license (or picture I.D.) and your copay. If you take multiple medications, it is a good idea to bring your prescription bottles with you. If you are a new patient, print out the medical records release and privacy policy (located under the forms section at the left), sign them and bring them with you.
