About Us
Our Office

Dr. Sabin opened his practice in 2002 after serving the Atlanta community as a physician (for 12 years) at a large HMO. After hearing from friends and neighbors that if he built an office, "we will come," he pledged to have a medical practice that provided the individualized care that was needed in our community. Starting as a solo practice with Dr. Sabin, 3 employees and 5 patients, we have grown by adding 2 additional providers, 13 staff members and over 3000 patients.  Despite our growth, we continue to keep our promise to provide individualized medical care. You will always be greeted, often by name, when you walk in our door. When you call us, you will speak with a person, not a phone tree. Dr. Sabin is on call after-hours, so you do not have to explain your urgent problems to a call center. We will always do our best to treat you as we would like to be treated.

Our office is able to accommodate your many needs. We offer physical exams, as well as routine and same-day appointments. We provide routine immunizations, including flu and pneumonia shots. We perform minor surgical procedures including mole removal and ingrown toenail removal. We provide hearing tests, x-rays and spirometry testing. Our cutting edge diagnostic tests include ECHO, carotid ultrasounds and Nuclear Imaging.

Our practice includes our Physicians, Bruce Sabin, M.D. and George Rafeedie, M.D., and our certified Physician Assistants, Nikki Taylor and Hope Johnson, and our nursing and business support staff. A Note from Dr Sabin:

Bruce J. Sabin, M.D., P.C. was established in 2002.  Over the years I have been providing the highest quality healthcare
for our patients.  With the advent of managed care (HMO's, etc...)the healthcare landscape began to change.
By 2010, it was obvious that something needed to change.  The "personalized" side of healthcare was gone and was replaced
with "expeditious care".  Visits became shorter, wait times increased and the requirements for referrals grew more
burdensome.
This was not the type of medicine I
was trained for nor was it what our patients deserved.  So in 2011, Dr. Sabin decided to make some changes.
I totally restructured my practice to focus on "preventive" or "personalized" healthcare.  This required several changes in
the way we provide care.
I limited the size of my practice from over 4000 patients to no more than 600 patients to allow individualized care and attention.
I also hired a new physician to start in 2012 and have 2 Physician Assistants on staff to manage patients
in the traditional managed care model.

Being a patient of Dr. Sabin's personalized health care model includes an annual wellness exam.
The comprehensive examination encompasses risk factor analysis, numerous screenings, extensive laboratory tests and several targeted procedures including chest x-ray, pulmonary function testing and electrocardiogram.
This extremely comprehensive annual wellness exam
is the cornerstone of your individualized medical care.
Additional visits are covered by most health insurance plans.
Patients receive a mini flash drive containing their health records annually following their annual wellness exam.
At my office, you are truly the center of attention.  You can trust the care you receive.
Doctor appointments are unhurried visits that start on time.  For urgent care visits you can be seen the same day you call, or the next day, and you can reach Dr. Sabin 24 hours a day through private numbers.
If you feel our personalized practice is right for you, give us a call today.
