Do I need an appointment in order to get my prescriptions refilled?

It depends on what medications you are taking as well as your medical problems. We do require that anyone who is on medications, whether on an intermittent or routine basis, be seen at least once a year.

How do I get my prescription refilled at my outside pharmacy?

You can call our prescription refill voicemail at 678-510-0049, call our office at  
770-979-8022 or request it online by clicking the Prescription Renewal tab. Please be sure to have your prescription bottle handy to provide the necessary information. 

How do I request a refill from your office medication dispensing area?

You can request a refill online by clicking on the Prescription Renewal tab at the top of the webpage. You can also call our medication dispensing area voicemail at 678-510-0049. Please have your prescription bottle or information on hand when you call.

What if I get my prescription filled at your office, but I want my refills at another pharmacy?

Simply call us with the medication and pharmacy information and we will transfer your prescription.

Can I get a 3-month supply of my medicine?

That usually depends on your insurance company. Some will require that a 3-month or 90-day supply of medication be ordered through mail order only.
