You can make appointments by calling our office at 770 979-8022. You can also make an appointment online. Just click here to print the directions, then click the Appointment Request tab at the top of the page.

We do make reminder call for appointments made more than 24 hours in advance. These calls are a courtesy. Not receiving a reminder call does not absolve you of responsibility if you miss your appointment.
