Due to such high demand in the community, Dr. Sabin is currently not accepting new patients.
However, a waiting list has been created for patients wanting to become part of his practice.
To be placed on the waiting list, please call 770-979-8022 and ask the office staff for assistance
with the waiting list for new patients. Sorry for the inconvenience, but Dr. Sabin is in such demand
in Gwinnett County/Snellville that he has had to limit his patient base so as to continue providing
access and spending appropriate amounts of time with each patient visit.
We participate in the following insurance and managed care programs.
These contracts are frequently reviewed and changed.
Therefore, prior to your visit, please contact us or your health plan to
verify our participation in your plan.
If you do not see your insurance plan, it may mean that we haven't
received notification from your insurance plan yet.
We have applications for many insurance plans pending approval.
